We would like to ask you follow the below steps to find your Amazon order ID number.

If you are using a computer to find the order ID number, please check the below steps,

1. Login your Amazon account on Amazon.com

2. Click "Orders" on the top right corner

3. Find the order of REDOVER Bluetooth Body Fat Scale

4. You will see the order # (Ex. 111-1111111-1111111)

If you are using Amazon App on a mobile device, please check below steps,

1. Log in your Amazon account on your Amazon app

2. Tap the setting button on the top left corner (above the search bar), and then tap "Your Orders" 

3. Find the order of REDOVER Bluetooth Body Fat Scale

4. Tap "View order details" under the Order info section

5. You will see the order # (Ex. 111-1111111-1111111)
